Serinus GmbH – an F24 company
Serinus GmbH has its roots in Germany’s Ruhr region and has been part of the F24 Group since 2021. Today, the company is one of the leading providers in the field of smart event communication.
Serinus was founded in 2017 with the aim of providing an alerting and information platform that’s simple, fast and reliable. During the development process, the founders drew on their combined experience of more than 40 years in the fields of IT, telecommunications, security technology and alert and crisis management.
Serinus’s Management team is made up of Benjamin Lieber, Ulrich Holzwarth and Jens Vestewig. The co-founder and current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Serinus is Benjamin Lieber. He manages the operational business and is responsible for finance and personnel matters. His many years of experience in the field of alerting and crisis management were positives in establishing the company and introducing the innovative hybrid solution.
David Ebel has been Managing Director of the French subsidiary F24 Ulrich Holzwarth, co-founder and authorised signatory at Serinus, initially developed the Serinus media gateway and is also responsible for the media gateway development project as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Due to his many years of experience in the areas of sales, pre-sales and development, he is also responsible for Tier 3 support relating to the Serinus alert media gateway.
Jens Vestewig has been part of the Management team since 2020. He has many years of experience in the field of telecommunications, alerting and crisis management, and is responsible for sales and partner support as Head of Sales.
