F24 shortlisted at the
BCI Europe Awards 2021
We are pleased to announce that F24 is shortlisted for the BCI Europe Awards 2021 in the category innovation.
The BCI Awards recognize business continuity and resilience professionals and organizations across Europe. The winners of the BCI Europe Awards will be announced at a virtual ceremony on May 27.
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, our product FACT24 has been relaunched and since then consists of two interconnected products, FACT24 ENS for secure and comprehensive Emergency Notification Services and FACT24 CIM for Proactive Crisis and Incident Management.
The new FACT24 product line now combines the two leading products for Emergency Notification and Crisis Management in one single platform. This innovative combination of the functionalities for Emergency Notification and Crisis Management virtually facilitates the entire BCM process chain. Allowing it to be mapped within one single application, allows all critical processes to be seamlessly monitored and fully managed from any location at any time. With six editions FACT24 also enables flexibility in terms of the scope of services provided in order to meet distinct customer demands.

In 2010, F24 became the first company worldwide to have their Integrated Management System for Information Security (ISMS) and Business Continuity (BCMS) certified by “The British Standards Institution” (BSI). Since then, F24 AG and most of its subsidiaries have been certified up to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 standards. In addition to annual audits by an independent accredited institution, successful re-certifications according to the international standards ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 22301:2019 took place in 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2022.
