Wollerau and Fribourg, 7. February 2022 – F24 Schweiz AG further strengthens its leading market position in Switzerland in the field of business messaging with the acquisition of the Swiss company SMSup Sàrl, a fast-growing business messaging startup with a focus on the French speaking swiss market and growing presence across the country.
As a result, F24 increases its regional footprint in Switzerland especially within the French speaking areas and extends its customer base meaningfully. The acquisition of SMSup is in line with F24’s strategy of establishing the leading business messaging platform in Switzerland. F24 Schweiz AG provides the business messaging solution eCall and represents F24, Europe’s leading Software-as-a-Service provider for incident and crisis management, emergency notification and business communications, in Switzerland.
