Dr. Amelie Grangeat
Public Warning System Product Manager at F24

Dr. Amelie Grangeat is particularly responisble for the Belgian national warning system. She advises the various European governments on the implementation of such national projects. She regularly shares her experience in the field of critical infrastructure protection at international conferences (EENA, PSCE, CRITIS, ISCRAM) and has authored several international scientific publications on resilience, crisis management and vulnerability analysis. Since 2016, Dr Amelie Grangeat has been working on her PhD on the topic of “Vulnerability, resilience and cascade effects between technical networks: Contributions of systemic and spatial modelling to crisis planning and management for the benefit of network operators and civil security”. As part of this work, she has worked on the application of these concepts for the Paris Fire Brigade. She has also participated in three French research projects and three European FP7 projects dealing with critical infrastructure resilience, crisis management or public warning systems. For her research, Dr Amelie Grangeat received the CIPRNET Young CRITIS Award 2016.

Benjamin Jansen is the Vice President ENS/CM at F24 and responsible for the global Sales activities of the business continuity and crisis management solution FACT24 and CIM, as well as the public alerting solution TéléAlerte. With more than 16 years of experience in different Management Positions in Sales and over 23 years experience within SaaS solutions, IOT and cloud technology, he has gained a combination of broad and international experiences within companies like T-Systems, Nemetschek Group, SELLBYTEL GroupGmbH and KONUX.
