F24 Danmark I ApS

Since August 2023, F24 Danmark I ApS (formerly Blue Idea ApS) has been part of the F24 Group. The company has existed since 2009 and has its headquarter in Silkeborg (Denmark) as well as offices in Sweden and Finland. They are developing the solution ServiceAlert, which ensures effective and targeted information for selected addresses.

With the solution, our customers can easily and quickly send important notifications in case of urgent and planned incidents. The system is very user-friendly, and customers can select the affected addresses with a few clicks, write a short message text and send it out – either with a time delay or immediately. ServiceAlert offers a number of smart selection methods, and customers can send out through different channels such as SMS, voicemail, e-mail, or on the customer’s website, Facebook and Twitter page.

F24 Danmark I ApS has chosen to specialize in a few industries, of which utility companies, municipalities and housing companies are the primary ones. And because ServiceAlert is typically used in critical situations, it makes a virtue of being easily accessible to their customers, who get through to the support phone within a few seconds.

Today, the subsidiary has more than 15 employees across Denmark, Finland and Sweden. The company is managed by Søren Filbert as Interim Managing Director, Mathias Styven Ehlers as Team Lead Sales & Marketing, who specializes in communication, sales and support of SaaS products, as well as Peter Frost, who has more than 25 years of experience in software development and is responsible for all product-related topics as Product Lead.
