As part of the Mötesplats Samhällssäkerhet, which will take place March 19-20, 2024, the F24 Nordics will be holding a raffle at their booth.

The prize is one pair of Apple Airpods 2. Generation. On each day of the Mötesplats Samhällssäkerhet ONE PAIR of Apple Airpods 2. Generation will be given away.

To enter this raffle participants must provide their first and last name, company name, email address and telephone number on https://f24.com/en/airpods/. This data will be used each day to send out an alarm. The alarm will be sent out to your telephone number. Whoever responds first to this alarm, will receive the price.

The winner will be contacted shortly after the alarm by the F24 staff about the pick-up time and place of the price. Every other participant who did not win, will also be informed.

The processing of personal data is based on your consent Art. 6 I 1 a EU GDPR. With the exception of affiliated F24 companies, your data will not be passed on to third parties. In individual cases, we may pass on your data to contracted service providers as part of order processing. Each transfer of data mentioned is based on the required data protection contract.

You are entitled to the rights of data subjects (see section “Your rights as a data subject”). To revoke your consent to advertising with effect for the future or to exercise your rights as a data subject, you can contact us at any time at datenschutz@f24.com or via any other channel.

In addition to the conditions above, the participant declares his/her agreement with the following conditions of participation in the raffle by taking part in the raffle:

• All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of F24 Nordics and other F24 companies are excluded from this.

• Participation is only possible via the Internet and is in no way dependent on the purchase of services from F24.

• The raffle runs from March 19 to 20, 2024 – participation in the raffle is only possible within this period.

• The raffle is subject exclusively to German law.

• The prizes can be picked up by the winners at the F24 booth. In special cases, it is possible to send the prize by arrangement. If there is no response to the prize notification within 24 hours, the winner loses any claim to the prize.

• F24 Nordic reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the raffle cannot run as planned, for example in the event of software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons. In such cases, F24 Nordics reserves the right to modify the raffle at its own discretion.

• Legal recourse is exempt. There is no entitlement to payment of the prizes. F24 Nordics is not liable for incorrect information provided by participants and/or third parties, their hardware and/or software that is used for or in connection with the raffle. In particular, no liability is assumed if e-mails or data entries do not meet the requirements set out there and are consequently not accepted and/or accepted by the system.
