F24 expands resilience offering by acquiring the threat intelligence and resilience orchestration solution provider Creolytix GmbH
Munich, December 3rd 2025 – F24 AG, Europe’s leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for resilience, strategically expands its product portfolio with the acquisition of Creolytix GmbH, a German threat intelligence and resilience orchestration solution provider.
With this step, F24 expands its product portfolio in risk and threat intelligence. Creolytix provides an orchestration, hyper-contextualisation, and visualisation platform combined with multi-source risk intelligence. This includes AI augmentation and expert-driven analysis, enabling customers to identify events occurring in the company’s surroundings by integrating threat intelligence insights from third-party providers.
