Giveaway Fundraising: Data policy and terms and conditions of participation
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the following conditions of participation in the competition:
1. In order to participate in the draw, at least all of the data specified as mandatory in the form must be provided. The responsibility for changes to this data lies with the participant.
2. All persons over the age of 18 with an address in any European country are eligible to participate. This does not apply to employees of F24 AG as well as employees of solution providers.
3. Participation is only possible via the Internet and is in no way dependent on the purchase of services from F24 AG.
4. The competition runs on September 4th from 10 am to 3 pm CEST – participation in the competition is only possible within this period.
5. A total of TWO TICKETS for the Belvedere Fundraising Dinner on Tuesday September 5th 2023 6.30 pm will be raffled at random among all participants. One winner will be notified on LinkedIn via personal message within one hour of the draw.
7. The competition is exclusively subject to German law.
8. If there is no response to the prize notification within one hour the winner loses all entitlement to prize.
9. F24 AG reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the competition cannot run as planned, for example due to software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons. In these cases, F24 AG reserves the right to modify the competition at its own discretion.
10. Participation in the competition requires personal data to be provided. The participant expressly agrees that the data provided will be processed for the implementation and processing of the competition. The participant can also agree to receive messages related to F24 AG at the e-mail address provided. This consent can be revoked at any time by the participant. The data protection guidelines can be viewed at https://f24.com/en/privacy-policy/.
11. Legal recourse is excluded. There is no entitlement to the payment of winnings. F24 AG is not liable for incorrect information that is caused by participants and/or third parties, their hardware and/or software and that is used for the competition or is related to it. In particular, no liability is accepted if e-mails or data entries do not meet the requirements set out there and are consequently not accepted and/or accepted by the system.
Contests – Data policy
You can participate in competitions we may offer on our website. If you fill out a contest-mask or provide data in accordance with the respective terms and conditions of participation, the data you provide is processed for purposes of the respective competition and, if so required, for one of our sales employees to contact you (if you have consented to advertising).

You only have to provide the data that we require to carry out the contest and to notify the winner. This is your name and title, the name of the company you are employed with, your e-mail address and, if applicable, other information as per the applicable conditions of participation.
Mandatory information is marked with an (*) in our contest-mask. Any further information is optional and can be provided voluntarily. However, participation in the contest is not possible without providing all the mandatory information. If you only provide the mandatory information, this will have no effect on your participation.
When you participate in the contest, you can additionally provide your consent to contact you using the contact details provided, including your e-mail address, to inform you about products and events from the F24 world (see also registration for F24 News). Even after the consent has terminated, your data may be used for advertising purposes, as long as you do not object to this.
The processing of personal data is based on your consent Art. 6 I 1 a EU-GDPR. With the exception of affiliated F24 companies, your data will not be transferred to third parties. In single cases, we may transfer your data to data processing service providers. Any such transfer of data is based on the data protection agreement respectively required.
You are entitled to the rights of the data subject (see section “Your rights as a data subject”). To revoke your consent to advertising with effect for the future or to exercise your rights as a data subject, you may contact us at any time through datenschutz@f24.com or any other channel.
