A bi-monthly, informal session where customers can drop in, ask questions, and get practical guidance on ENS+ from our UK Customer Success team.
What is the Drop‑In Session?
The Drop‑In Session is an open, 30-minute virtual session where you can speak directly with our Customer Success Managers. It’s a space designed for practical questions, quick troubleshooting, feature guidance, or simply to better understand how to get more value from ENS+.
You can participate in whatever way suits you best:
- Submit a question via chat
- Or speak live, on a first‑come, first‑served basis
All sessions follow the Chatham House Rule: insights can be shared, but individual participants and organisations will not be identified.
What Can You Ask? Anything that’s helpful to you, for example:
- “How do I configure or optimise a specific feature on ENS+?”
- “What’s the best practice for a particular use case?”
- “What options exist in ENS+ for something we’re trying to achieve?”
- “Can you help troubleshoot an issue or approach?”
If it’s relevant to your experience as an ENS+ customer, it belongs in the session. Unfortunately we would be unable to help with any support topics, and these would need to be raised with our Customer Support Team.

Questions are addressed live in the order they come in. You’re welcome to stay for the full half hour or drop in briefly…whatever works for you.
