Synopsis
This session will explore the benefits of using CIM within daily operations and showcase several ways/modules in the system that can help with managing smaller incidents (slips, trips and falls). Smaller incidents could escalate into a crisis situation, so if you can catch potential issues as early as possible it is going to give you the best chance for a successful response and keep your business running smoothly.

Adam Polly
Emergency Response and Business Continuity Manager, Easyjet
In the early 2000s Adam started as Cabin Crew for what was then known as Airtours/MyTravel, shortly after moving to Virgin Atlantic for almost 11 years. After experiencing a number of incidents both on and off the aircraft Adam took a keen interest in emergency planning. Taking an active role in the Special Assistance Team, eventually as a SAT Manager.
This eventually led Adam to the role of Emergency Response and Business Continuity Manager at easyJet, refreshing and upskilling their existing SAT and incident response capabilities. In 2019 Adam migrated to a newly formed Business Resilience Team as an Executive . A team that has a much wider remit and encompasses Business Continuity, Emergency Planning for Stations and Crisis Management as a whole. Adam’s role focuses primarily on the humanitarian and airport response or capability however supports the business in any major event that is declared. Adam also volunteers as an Incident Commander for the Bedfordshire Local Emergency Volunteers Executive Committee, coordinating local charities and volunteer groups response to an incident in the county.
Jamie Milligan
Business Development Manager, F-24 UK Ltd.
Jamie Milligan has worked at F24 and with CIM for over 4 years and is responsible for advising organisations across industries to implement CIM to increase preparedness and effective emergency response. Through his time at F24, Jamie has worked with clients and organisations across several sectors which include Energy, Utilities, Telecoms and Local Authorities; some of the organisations he has worked closely with include Premier Oil, Southern Water, Neptune Energy, Petrofac, Liberty Latin America and easyJet.
