F24 again receives ISO certification for information security and business continuity
F24 AG and the majority of its subsidiaries have once again succesfully received recertification for the ISO certificates for Information Security ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and Business Continuity ISO 22301:2019.
In 2010, F24 was the first company in the world to have its integrated management system for both information security (ISMS) and business continuity (BCMS) certified by “The British Standards Institution” (BSI). In 2022, F24 has been recertified for the fourth time. The recertifications, which take place every three years, ensure that our management systems meet the current requirements of the internationally recognized certificates.
Dr. Klaus Schäfer (Vice President Technology and CISO at F24): “Thanks to the ISO certifications, for over 10 years our customers have been able to rely on the fact that quality and security are at the forefront of everything we do. This is of course of the utmost relevance, especially in incident and crisis management. Our customers can be sure that, on the one hand, their data is protected with us in the best possible way and, on the other hand, our services are always available in emergency situations.”
