Introducing the new FACT24 Edition CIM essential
During the FACT24 Experience Week 2020 in June we introduced FACT24 CIM starter as our first edition dedicated for proactive crisis and incident management.
Many of you are already using FACT24 CIM starter or are within the onboarding process – and there is more to come: From end of 2020 the next edition FACT24 CIM essential will be available and in 2021 we will launch FACT24 CIM advanced. As a customer you will be the first to get a glimpse of the next edition FACT24 CIM essential at the end of November.
Within our web-seminar on the 26th November at 10:30 AM (GMT) you will learn how this edition of FACT24 CIM will enable you to:
- Collaborate actively across all team levels of Crisis Management: strategic, tactical and operational
- Gain more structured information during an incident e.g. on your available resources and stakeholders
