Johannes Heldt – Sales Manager at FACT24 TRM+
Johannes Heldt is an expert in travel risk management and threat intelligence, with a background in international security and previous experience as a consultant at KPMG. He combines strong theoretical knowledge with a practical understanding of the organizational requirements and challenges companies face when building effective travel risk and crisis management processes.
In this context, he will demonstrate how TRM+ enables organizations to automatically monitor global events, alert employees and stakeholders at risk, and efficiently track and manage incidents within the wider F24 ecosystem.
Eduardo Cura – Senior Customer Success Manager at F24
Eduardo is a systems engineering technician. He currently serves as Senior Customer Success Manager at F24 Servicios de Comunicación for Spain and Latin America.
Eduardo is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, both in terms of the use of F24’s systems and the proper implementation of their action plans in the event of a crisis or emergency.
