In 2017, a major earthquake occurred in Mexico City, which, among other things, caused both phone lines and common messenger services to be significantly overloaded. As a result, it was almost impossible for Braskem Idesa Sapi to contact its employees to check up on them. The company proceeded to search for a suitable alternative for alerting and locating its employees and ultimately chose FACT24 CIM.
Shortly afterwards, the solution proved its worth during another earthquake, prompting Braskem Idesa Sapi to extend the use of FACT24 CIM to its petrochemical plant in Veracruz.
