The revised Network and Information Security Directive, better known as the NIS2, has been in news for quite some time now. In November 2022, the European Union published an official journal confirming that the NIS2 would be replacing the previous directive on the security of network and information systems. All companies in all member states must adopt and comply to the new changes by the 17th of October 2024.
