Dr. Jörg Rahmer
Dr. Jörg Rahmer is as member of the Executive Board at F24 AG responsible for Strategy, Innovation & Product as well as Product-Engineering and -Operations.
He also serves as the spokesperson for the Executive Board.
Christian Götz is founder and member of the Executive Board at F24 AG. He is responsible for the areas of Sales, Marketing & PR, HR and Customer Service.
Jochen Schütte is a member of the Executive Board at F24 AG, with responsibility for Finance and Corporate Governance.
Nick Jordan (Chairman)
Nick Jordan is a Partner at Hg focused on investments in the tech services sector. He is also a member of the Hg Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Hg in 2015, Nick worked for 12 years at Darwin Private Equity and Permira. He has a BA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.
Benedikt Joeris (Deputy Chairman)
Benedikt Joeris joined Hg in 2011 and focuses on the software and services space in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. He covers the Mercury fund for those regions.
Prior to Hg, Benedikt worked in the Investment Banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on M&A and corporate finance.
Benedikt is from Germany and studied at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel and the University of Hong Kong.
Andre Hillenbrand is a member of the small-cap Mercury team with a particular focus on Fintech. Prior to joining Hg’s Mercury Team, Andre was working for three years in Deutsche Bank’s EMEA TMT Investment Banking team.
Andre holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris with Highest Honours. He is a native German speaker, but also speaks English and Italian fluently.
Stefan Schmidtner is a member of the Hg Small-Cap Mercury team. Prior to joining Hg, Stefan Schmidtner worked at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on private equity transactions. He started his career with a banking education.
Stefan Schmidtner holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a double Bachelor’s degree from the University of Applied Sciences Munich and the University of South Wales.
