Munich, April 24, 2026 – F24 AG, Europe’s leading software-as-a-service provider for corporate resilience, is expanding its Executive Board. Dr. Tobias Lohse (40), who has been responsible for the company’s finance function as Senior Vice President since the beginning of this year, is now a full member of the Executive Board. He joins fellow board members Christian Götz (54) and Dr. Jörg Rahmer (56). This move also establishes the necessary conditions at board level to position the company as a leading European resilience platform in the long term.

Dr. Lohse, who holds a PhD in business mathematics, has built an impressive career both in renowned companies and in consulting. After studying in Göttingen and completing his doctorate at RWTH Aachen University, he began his professional career at Boston Consulting Group. From 2017 to 2021, he worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, where he led the CFO Office, among other responsibilities. Before joining F24, he served as Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis at Personio SE, a leading provider of HR software solutions.
