F24 Resilience Conference: London Agenda
A welcome note, housekeeping, and an introduction to F24
In a world that is becoming increasingly complex—marked by more frequent crises, heightened regulatory requirements, and rising expectations—Security Managers play a crucial role in ensuring their organisations are resilient. Yet, many fail to prepare top management adequately, leaving them exposed to the risks of crisis failure. This session explores why traditional approaches fall short and how Security Managers must adapt by offering solutions that address the specific fears and concerns of leadership, such as fear of failure and crisis anxiety.
The MUNCH Museum has transformed CIM from merely a crisis management tool to an integral part of the MUNCH organisation. In this presentation Hans will showcase some of the possibilities with CIM, and how they have successfully integrated it to become a core system in the organisation.

While organisations strive to deliver best practice in resilience they should also seek to accommodate any helpful established working methods. Don’t move at all and be left behind; but move too fast and things can break. Paul will describe how the planned implementation of a no code resilience platform allows risk leaders to start from a solid platform that is readily adopted by all concerned, and build excellence over time.
The BCI Crisis Management Report 2024 launched in October 2024 and explores the global status of crisis management over the past year. Sponsored by F24, the report uses survey responses and structured interviews with resilience professionals to provide in-depth insights into the current state of play in the crisis management arena, as well as forward thinking analysis of how the landscape will look in 2025. Rachael will present some of the key findings from the report in this session.
Get an overview of all our SaaS solutions and how they are tailored to your needs with all industries and scenarios in mind. The F24 Team will then present a number of short value added demonstrations in this session on how best to use some key features from F24 products and services, supported by compelling user case examples. Covering Launch Forms, Persons of Concern, Digitising the Incident Command System, and more! All focussed on enabling you to get more value in solving your complex resilience challenges.
John will wrap up the Conference. The event will then end for prospect attendees, whilst the remaining sessions are exclusive to clients.
