Carol Mackenzie is an experienced Group Head with a demonstrated history of working at senior level within a corporate environment. Skilled in Customer Care, Crisis Management, Leisure Travel, Operations Management, Disaster Response, Business Continuity and Cyber Response. Currently one of the most experienced operational crisis managers worldwide and highly thought of in the industry and related sectors.

Markus Epner, Head of Academy, F24 AG

Markus Epner joined F24 AG in 2022. He worked in several positions in different security and crisis teams, was one of the first officers in the Kommando Spezialkräfte and his experience from the wars in former Yugoslavia as well as his many years of leadership experience in industry give him confidence when acting in critical events. Markus has more than 20 years of experience in security and crisis management with Lufthansa and Boehringer Ingelheim.

James Parrish, Head of Business Continuity and Resilience, London Stansted Airport

James Parrish has a wealth of experience developing and managing operations, safety, strategy, compliance and culture. He has proven expertise in leading cost reduction, operational performance and customer satisfaction initiatives to consistently achieve operational / strategic targets

Tristan Derry, Senior Manager, Crisis and Resilience, PwC

Tristan Derry is experienced in helping organisations from across sectors prepare for, respond to and recover from critical events. This has included assisting FTSE 100 and S&P 500 companies with crisis management planning and exercising, reviewing operational resilience arrangements, undertaking risk management activities, conducting scenario planning and stress testing, as well as advising C-Suites during live incidents.

Jim Preen, Crisis management and crisis communication specialist

Jim Preen presents crisis management master classes and webinars as well as designing and delivering crisis simulation exercises. Jim also regularly writes articles for various periodicals on related matters and media trains senior executives. Formerly Jim was a journalist working at ABC News (US) where he covered stories including the Gulf War and the Bosnian conflict. He won two Emmys for his work.

John Davison, Managing Director, F24 UK

John Davison is the Managing Director for F-24 UK Limited for the past 10 years and is responsible for the recent growth and expansion of the business in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. With over 30 years’ experience in working within the software and resilience services industries John is well positioned to utilise his vast experience in providing value led propositions.
