FramWeb AS 

Since February 2023, FramWeb AS is part of the F24 Group. The company’s vision is to secure employees and values for companies and provide security for entire communities by delivering smart alerting systems. FramWeb supports corporate and governmental customers across Scandinavia, growing strong within the emergency sector with police units, fire brigades, and sea rescue units as leading customers. Established in 2003 in Bergen, the company has since grown to have three offices in Norway, with its headquarters in Trondheim and further offices in Bergen and Oslo, as well as sales agents in Sweden and Denmark. 

FramWeb’s two main products, TeamAlert and the Varsling24-familiy, enable alerts via apps, telephone conferences, SMS, email or voicemail for predefined groups such as employees or customers. It is also used for population based on their location or their addresses. FramWeb as well uses a MessageAPI as an interface for SMS, voice, and email messages, making it easier for businesses and government agencies to communicate with their employees and the public during emergencies by implementing an alert-integration into their existing systems.

FramWeb is managed by Vegard Aune and Lars Christian Raae. Vegard is the CEO of FramWeb and has a degree in management and logistics from the Armed Forces, as well as studied political science and geography at NTNU. After a few years in the Armed Forces and the Civil Defense he worked as a department head for Powel with emphasis on sales, strategy and product development and then continued as a planning manager at ALLSKOG and later as a department director at the Norwegian Geological Survey. Vegard has been a board member of FramWeb since 2015 and became CEO in 2021. 

Lars Christian is the CTO of FramWeb and the head of FramLab, an IT department within FramWeb. He holds a master’s degree in Program Development from the University of Bergen and has extensive experience in IT and system development projects. Before joining FramWeb he worked in the security team at Sparebanken Vest IT.
