In this session Kristian Pettersen will give an entry-level introduction to CIM, the world’s leading crisis management tool. CIM is a highly flexible tool allowing you to customize it to your needs and in this session you will get a first glimpse of how a CIM system may be used.
Kristian will give a live presentation of the key functionality used for crisis management and show you how you can use CIM to organize your information, how easy it is to establish a complete audit trail, how you can mobilize your team in an efficient and speedy manner, and how CIM can be used for keeping track of tasks and actions.

Kristian Pettersen is Head of Customer Success at F24 Nordics and responsible for key account management and customer success for CIM customers at F24 Nordics. Kristian has been with F24 for 9 years and has experience from a wide range of customer success projects. Through his time with F24 Kristian has gained experience from working within the Norwegian and international sector with crisis management and notification systems. Kristian has previously worked for Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace and has education and experience from both the Norwegian Army and Airforce.
