F24 introduces new solution for international risk monitoring and smart alerting

Munich, 29 July 2025 – SaaS provider F24 is presenting FACT24 TRM+, a new solution for international risk monitoring combined with smart alerting. Developed in cooperation with technology partner A3M Global Monitoring GmbH, the solution merges global security monitoring with automated alerting. FACT24 TRM+ targets both internationally operating companies with globally distributed employees and organisations with multiple sites within a country or region. In addition to protecting employees, it also helps safeguard critical business assets such as data centers, production sites, or logistics hubs.

Companies are facing an increasing variety of dynamic risks – from natural disasters and political unrest to cyberattacks. At the same time, employees work more frequently in mobile, remote, or travel-based settings. This makes protecting people more complex and business-critical. FACT24 TRM+ addresses this challenge with an integrated approach combining early risk monitoring and reliable communication.

What makes FACT24 TRM+ unique

The integrated solution combines A3M’s global real-time risk monitoring and editorially validated travel-related assessments with F24’s FACT24 ENS+ alerting and communication platform. The system continuously analyses relevant country, city, and event data, matches it with employees’ actual booking and location data, and cross-references it with current calendar entries. In case of an incident, FACT24 TRM+ can automatically send customised alerts to affected individuals, including concrete recommendations for action and options for feedback. Beyond employee safety, the solution also enables monitoring and protection of critical business assets, such as data centers or production sites.

FACT24 TRM+ is web-based and highly flexible. Companies can gain an overview of current and potential risks at any time and respond quickly and accurately. It also supports more informed travel decisions – based on data regarding crime rates, political stability, health risks, or weather conditions.
