RM-Group A/S

Since April 2024, RM-Group A/S has been part of the F24 Group. The RM-Group was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Allerød, north of Copenhagen (Denmark). The company developes and sells their own risk management software  – C3 – a customizable SaaS solution for risk management process and daily operation. With the solution, is the RM Group a specialists in the implementation of risk management in companies and organizations. Also, they are one of the leading providers of operational risk management and crisis management services in the Nordics.

RM-Group has its market focus on public and private companies, that have a production and operational setup, where risk management – in a broad sense – is one of the key elements in the company’s overall performance.  Their customers range from large multinational corporations over universities to regional fire departments and public administration.

The web based solution C3 is based on an extremely reliable and stable computing engine, utilizing modern autonomous micro services in a way that enables completely free widget-based design with unlimited posibilities for role-based dashboard structures. Also, giving end users the information they need, enabling them to set a series of actions in motion with a click of a button. C3 can interact with external systems, so that initiation can be done automatically. It can inform users by SMS messaging, Email, and Web push messages, ensuring all nominated postholders are allways immediately  informed of the latest developments.

The management of RM-Group is taken care of by CEO Per Bruus, an original founder of the company, with many years of experience in all aspects of risk management. Besides Per Bruus, the company is managed by CPO Claus Stahnke who takes care of the continuing development of new features as well as strategic system setups for new and existing customers.
