The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation chooses CIM as their crisis management solution

Oslo/Trondheim, 13th November 2024: The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (GSSO) has chosen CIM from F24 as its central crisis management solution.

Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) (Norwegian: Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS)) reports to the Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance. With about 700 employees, DSS provide synergy for the ministries with cost-effective and reliable shared services.
The agreement on the supply of CIM as a central management tool was concluded after a public tender round and is valid for three years, with the possibility of extension.

A specialized and dedicated tool for crisis management is becoming increasingly important, both for private businesses and the public sector. A user-friendly software that can be flexibly adapted to the organization’s unique needs ensures good planning, effective notification, and good tools for interaction should an incident occur, Fossheim says.
