Meet the speakers
Markus Epner worked in several positions in different security and crisis teams, was one of the first officers in the Kommando Spezialkräfte and his experience from the Bosnian and Kosovo wars as well as his many years of leadership experience in industry give him confidence when acting in critical events.
During his time in the industry he managed, beside some other crisis, the evacuation of two crews out of Mumbai during the terror attacks and the Covid-19 crisis during his time in the pharmaceutical industry.
Jochen Bockfeld joined F24 with the ambition to transformation F24’s product portfolio into a fully integrated Resilience Suite. He worked for more than 20 years in the Telecommunication sector transforming networks from a voice centric communication platform to modern data driven networks serving the digitalisation of all parts of our life’s.
His experience in building and transforming products and technology at a large scale is a big asset that he brings to the transformation.
Melanie Wyssen-Voss drives the product strategy for FACT24, ensuring the suite continues to evolve in line with customer needs for resilience. With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, product innovation, and strategic communication, she shapes technology that empowers organizations to navigate critical situations.
Before joining F24, she was Global Head of Digital Marketing & Communications at Roland Berger. She also teaches Digital Transformation Management at Leuphana University. In addition to various academic degrees, she has completed executive education programs in innovation management at Stanford University and AI in business strategy at MIT Sloan.
John Davison has been the Managing Director for F-24 UK Limited for the past 14 years and is responsible for the recent growth and expansion of the business in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. With over 30 years’ experience in working within the software and resilience services industries John is well positioned to utilise his vast experience in providing value led propositions.
Martin Petts has worked in crisis management, emergency notification, IT business continuity and data protection for over 20 years combined. Martin is responsible for all F24 business in the Australasia and Asia Pacific region, and manages operations with passion, driving forward client’s success with F24’s products for alerting, crisis management and critical communications on an international scale.
